Join Dr Jenni Jones in this is a live public lecture as she shares the ‘magic of mentoring’ and how one short conversation can make a huge difference for someone’s outlook on life, their wellbeing and their career.
Dr Jenni will cover the key skills and key techniques involved in mentoring including how to get a good balance of supporting and challenging others, share interesting examples and show how much there is to gain from mentoring others for both parties.
Dr Jenni will also share links to other resources for mentors and mentees going forward.
