During the last 18 months of pandemic restrictions and lockdowns in Victoria, Australia, Melton City Council has continued to deliver quality programs and services across the community. In doing so, our work has been recognised on a global scale by a range of organisations including UNESCO, an important achievement given the City of Melton was the first UNESCO learning city in Australia.

Join us in this hybrid online event to learn about the experiences of a diverse range of Council staff as they reflect on the major challenges and opportunities during this time. These candid discussions will demonstrate the ‘look on the bright side’ approach our staff have taken in order to activate resilience and creativity within themselves as service providers and in our residents themselves.  Gain an insight into how focusing on community wellbeing as the central value, all projects, programs and services can be re-designed and adapted to ensure that community engagement continues to grow.

An opportunity to ask questions to representatives from Melton City Council will also be available at the end of the webinar.
