Navigating a divorce is challenging at any time in a person’s life. Feelings may be more intense and stress levels can be damaging to your health.
This session will provide you with learnings and practical tips. You can use them immediately to commence healing the wounds created during a divorce.
You will be shown five (5) important learnings that will help you through these challenging times to feel more hopeful and empowered.
