The Pi Academy’s mission is to empower and inspire young entrepreneurs through New Ways Of Learning in the Digital Age. They accomplish this through personalised coaching and a gamified learning experience. Their curriculum is set based on K12 CS standards and Australian Digital Technologies standards. Each class starts with a quick quiz of previous class’s learning. Then the current sessions goals and success criteria are discussed and the class starts with the student setting up the project and solving puzzles, problems and challenges accordingly. The educator facilitates the learning journey and supports the student, while making observations on the class proceedings and rewards positive behaviour and outcomes.
