This event will cover the research on digital overload (especially ‘zoom fatigue’ and ‘email overload’) and how people can best use technology at home so that they feel less stressed and overloaded.

This will be a live public lecture (recorded) by Prof. Maria Uther of the Centre for Psychological Research at University of Wolverhampton. She will be joined by a panel of other experts: Dr. Jo Lloyd (Reader in Cyberpsychology) and Prof. Alex Forsythe (Professor in Applied Psychology) for a Q & A session.

The Centre for Psychological Research at the University of Wolverhampton in the UK is focused on high-quality research that advances psychological theory and practice in ways that are of benefit to individuals and society.
