Would you like peace, calm and courage in your life?
Do you sometimes feel overwhelmed, anxious, nervous, worried, frustrated, annoyed? How do you respond to these feelings? Has it been working for you?
Would you like to try a practice that is gentle, calm, quick and one that works? No one deserves to live a life controlled by fear and suffering! We frequently hear of the wonderful benefits of meditation and mindfulness. But many people find it hard to meditate, the mind takes over, too busy, too quiet, too many apps, can’t count breaths, can’t concentrate … It’s difficult to adopt this helpful habit because it takes time yet we would love to do it anywhere, anytime, on our own. Your presenter Natalie knows these difficulties, and has honed her practice around them by focusing on a practice of ’10 seconds at a time’.
10 Seconds of Calm introduces The Practice – a habit in self-reflection that helps you to lessen your stress and suffering, and build your calm and confidence.
